About CryoForm Fat Freezing Cryolipolysis Training

The CryoForm Fat Freezing online certification program is made up of 10 modules covering cryolipolysis (fat freezing) theory, contraindications, client consultations, designing treatment plans, side effects and how to safely perform treatments. Each video module comes with an accompanying text document, and there are also video demonstrations of the client consultation process and performing treatments. At the end of the modules, there is a short online assessment before a certificate is issued.

The online cryolipolysis fat freezing course can be completed in as little as 2 hours.

We offer ongoing support for all students who complete any of our cryolipolysis fat freezing training courses.

About cryolipolysis

Cryolipolysis (fat freezing) is a non-invasive body contouring treatment which uses controlled cooling to selectively target and destroy fat cells, providing a safer alternative to liposuction surgery. The term ‘cryolipolysis’ is derived from the Greek roots ‘cryo’, meaning cold, ‘lipo’, meaning fat and ‘lysis’, meaning dissolution or loosening.

The cryolipolysis fat freezing procedure involves the controlled cooling of subcutaneous fat cells, without damaging any of the surrounding tissue. During a treatment, an anti-freeze membrane and cooling applicator is applied to the treatment area. The skin and adipose tissue is drawn into the applicator where controlled cooling is safely delivered to the targeted fat. The degree of exposure to cooling causes controlled cell death (apoptosis).

Once the treated fat cells are crystalized, they die and are naturally processed and eliminated by the body’s lymphatic system.Theresults can be seen as early as three weeks after the treatment. The most dramatic results will be visible after one to three months.

Yes! Once the treated fat cells are gone, they are gone for good.

Treatment times are generally 60 minutes in duration per area, and result in a fat reduction of up to 26% in the treated area in just one session! Many machines now have the ability to treat 2-4 areas simultaneously, making full-body contouring fast and efficient.

In most cases, only 1-2 treatments are needed to achieve the desired results.

The cryolipolysis fat freezing procedure can be used to safely reduce unwanted fat from all major areas, including the abdomen, flanks, love handles, bra-bulges, back fat, inner and outer thighs and buttocks.

Yes! Many machine manufacturers now offer mini applicatorsfor the double chin area. The applicators unique shape, size and curvature make it ideal for reaching small accumulations of fat, such as the chin, knees and underarms.

Cryolipolysis fat freezing is a completely safe and non-invasive procedure. The technology for cryolipolysis has been approved by the Food and DrugAdministration (FDA), and can be used to safely treat all major areas, including the abdomen, flanks, love handles, bra-bulges, back fat, inner and outer thighs and buttocks.

During the cryolipolysis fat freezing procedure, clients remain comfortable and can return to normal activities immediately after. Some redness, swelling or bruising may appear in the treated area. These effects are temporary and generally resolve within a few days or weeks.

Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing uses controlled cooling to selectively target and destroy fat cells, without harming the surrounding tissues and nerves.

Other treatment modalities such as radio frequency (RF) and focused ultrasound (HIFU) may affect other adjacent tissue in a way not comparable to cryolipolysis fat freezing.

The cryolipolysis fat freezing procedure is non-invasive and non-surgical, and provides a safer alternative to liposuction surgery. There are no incisions, no downtime and no need for anaesthesia.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure and can result in irregular contours or asymmetries, fluid accumulation, rippling or loose skin, scar tissue and poor wound healing. Full healing and final results are expected after 9-12 months.
